TRIPLE CHIPPER MONSTERS

2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter or butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until blended. Gradually add in dry mixture until well blended. Stir in chips and drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 3 inch apart.

Lightly flatten dough with fingertips. Bake 12-14 minutes or until edges are set and golden brown. Cool cookies 1-2 minutes on cookie sheet. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
