1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
Pepper and garlic powder, to taste
3/4 cup uncooked converted rice
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 cup warm waer
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
Layer vegetables, sprinkle with seasonings, top with rice and turkey in a crock pot. Stir in bouillon powder and warter and add tomatoes. Pour over turkey and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir before serving.
