TURKEY COTTAGE PIE

1 cup finely chopped celery, carrots and onion
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp butter
1 cup turkey gravy
1 cup chicken stock or broth
2 1/2 cups cooked turkey pieces
1/2 cup cooked peas and pearl onions
Salt and pepper
2 cups turkey stuffing
Melted unsalted butter

Sauge chopped vegetables in butter. Add flour and cook; stirring about 3 minutes. Add gravy, stock and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except stuffing. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with stuffing. Drizzle with some melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbling. If desired, turn on broiler and cook until stuffing is golden brown.
