1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 can chocolate frosting
1/4 cup peanuts butter
Mix first 5 minutes until crumbly and pressing into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Beat frosting with peanut butter until blended and frost. Cut into bars.
