Shelly's Recipe

*OVEN FRIED CHEESY ITALIAN CHICKEN*

1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup baking mix and grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 chicken cut into serving pieces

Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients for a breading and coat chicken. Place skin side down in pan and bake 35 minutes. Turn and bake and additional 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
