MACARONI BEEF OLE - Easy

1 lb ground beef
3 cups beef stock
1/2 lb macaroni
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Saute meat; drain. Stir in stock and bring to a boil. Add pasta; reduce heat to medium and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring often, until macaroni is almost tender. Stir in soup and salsa. Cook until heated through. Stir in cilantro just before serving. Serves 6
