BAKED POTATO STICKS

4-5 Idaho baking potatoes
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges lengthwise. Arrange on a baking sheet. Combine butter and soy sauce over potatoes. In a small bowl, combine crumbs with sesame seeds. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
