BAKED PARMESAN POTATOES

4 potatoes, washed, sliced 3/4 of the way through, 1bout 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp Italian-style bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375. Place potatoes on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Drizzle the butter over the potatoes. Season to taste. Bake for 45 minutes. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the potatoes, return to the oven and bake 20 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
