*TOFFEE CRACKER CRUNCH * - Easy

15 saltine crackers
1 cups butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Place crackers on a foil lined jelly-roll pan. In a saucepan, melt butter and sugar. Heat to boiling; boil 3 minutes without stirring. Spread over crackers. Bake at 400 for 7 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes to allow chocolate to melt. Spread melted chocolate evenly and sprinkle with nuts. Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
