* PISTACHIO CAKE* - Easy

Cake
1 pkg white cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup 7-Up
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix

Frosting
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake ingredients together and pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes; do not over bake. Cool completely before removing from pan.

Frosting: Mix ingredients and beat until thickened and frost cake.
