CHEESY TUNA AND RICE CASSEROLE - Easy

1 1/2 cups hot water
1 pkt chicken bouillon
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas or peas and carrots
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 1/2 cups instant rice

In a saucepan, mix water and bouillon until dissolved. Add peas and bring to a boil. Add soup and stir until smooth. Add tuna and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serves 4
