PEANUTTERS COOKIES

2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter (very softened)
1/4 cup peanut butter (salted & crunchy preferred)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (mixture of milk and semi-sweet)
1 cup salted cocktail peanuts, roughly chopped

Preheat oven at 350 . Grease baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Bake for 11-12 minutes, let cool for a few minutes
