2 lbs chicken parts, seasoned with salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped canned tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp oregano leaves, crushed
Brown chicken in oil in a skillet; remove fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir occasionally to prevent from sticking. Serves 4
