SPECTACULAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE

3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 box long-grain and wile rice mix
Chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
2 tbsp pimiento, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook rice in broth according to package directions. Mix together with remaining ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4-6
