BEEF TENDERLOIN MARINADE

1 cup red wine and soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme, pepper and red pepper
1/2 tsp hot sauce
4 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
Combine ingredients in a resealable and add beef tenderloin. Seal and refrigerate tender for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove tenderloin from marinade and discard marinade.
Roast or grill at 435 for 40-50 minutes or to desired doneness. Cover loosely with foil and allow tenderloin to rest at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Note: Enough marinade for a 5 lb trimmed tenderloin.
