CHIMICHURRI SAUCE for Grilled or Roasted Meat or Seafood

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

Whisk in a small bowl:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Stir in:
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro
4 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
Salt, to taste
1/4 tsp ground red and black peppers

Cover and let stand 2-3 hours before serving. Can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
