SHRIMP SCAMPI FETTUCCINE

2 lbs peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Hot cooked fettuccine

Saute onion and garlic in butter , stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, 5-6 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Sprinkle with parsley. Toss lightly with fettuccine just before serving. Serves 4-6
