1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2-4 tsp cinnamon (can use more)

Icing:
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup half and half cream or milk
1-2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl combine the dry cake mix with sour cream, eggs and oil; beat using an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.

In another bowl combine the brown sugar with cinnamon then sprinkle over the batter. Gently spread the remaining batter on top. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done.

In the meantime combine the icing ingredients until smooth then drizzle over the warm cake.
