LASAGNA PIE

1/2 cup smsll curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Layer in 8x8x2 greased pan.

Mix:
1 lb ground beef (cooked and drained)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

Then spoon evenly over top.

Beat:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup baking mix
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Beat for 15 seconds (high) in blender or 1 minute by hand. Pour on top. Bake, 400 degrees, 30-35 minutes until knife in center is clean. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and bake 1-2 minutes until melted. Cool 5 minutes.
