WINE BURGERS

2 lbs ground chuck
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard and horseradish
2 tbsp minced onion
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup fine dry bred crumbs and dry red wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients and shape into 8 patties, about 1 inch thick. Brush with melted butter, Prepare grill for medium coals and grill burgers, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes or to desired doneness. Serves 8
