1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup water
1 tsp instant beef bouillon, grated lemon peeled and lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt, sage and ground ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
2 drops hot pepper sauce
Combine ingredients and shape into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Broil or grill, turning once, to desired doneness, about 10-15 minutes.
