ITALIAN ZUCCHINI

6 small zucchini
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Italian dressing
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika - to top

Cut zucchini in halves crosswise, then lengthwise into fourths. Place zucchini in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and sprinkle with salt, then salad dressing, then Italian seasonings. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cover and microwave until tender, about 2-3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Serves 4
