CHEESY SQUASH CASSEROLE

6 yellow squash, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp parsley flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup butter cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup milk or cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Cook squash and onions in a small amount of water until tender; drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients, saving some of the cheese for top. Bake in a greased dish at 350 for 25 minutes.
