1 (12 inch) Gourmet Pizza Crust
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, divided
8 oz cream cheese, softened
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup pastrami, chopped fine
1/2 sweet red bell pepper cut julienne style
1 cup Pizza Cheese
Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 450. Line a vented pizza pan with parchment baking paper that has been trimmed so edges will not hang over the pan or touch the oven wall, place crust on the pan. Brush the crust and the rim with olive oil.

Peel the garlic, crush one clove of garlic rub the crust with the crushed garlic. Chop the second garlic clove very fine.

In a blender or food processor combine the chopped garlic, softened cream cheese, thawed and squeezed dry spinach, artichoke hearts, and chopped onion. Blend or process until thoroughly combined. Spread the spinach mixture over the pizza crust. Top with pastrami, and pepper strips making a decorative fan pattern. Sprinkle the peppers with the cheese and garlic salt.

Reduce oven temperature to 425. Keeping pizza on the pan bake for 10 minutes. Remove the pizza from the parchment-lined pan and place directly on the oven rack for 1 -2 additional minutes.
