BROWNIE MINT SUNDAY SQUARES

1 box fudge brownie mix
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring
1 pint heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Prepare brownie mix as pkg direction; stir in nuts. Turn into a foil-lined and greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake ad directed. Cool thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and chips. Pour over brownie layer. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.

To serve, lift from pan with foil; cut into squares. Carved with hot fudge sauce and ice cream.
