BLUEBERRY COBBLER WITH WALNUT-CINNAMON CRUNCH TOPPING

Filling
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; toss until well-combined. Spread evenly in 8 inch square pan.
In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, walnuts, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and salt until well-blended. Add butter and vanilla; stir until texture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over berry mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly. Heat broiler; place cobbler under broiler 10 seconds or until golden brown. Serves 6
