BLACK TIE MOUSSE

2 cups flour and sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup black coffee and milk
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar

Sift first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour thin batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, cream butter until soft. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Beat until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if necessary. Spread over warm cake.
