GRILLED SPICY SZECHWAN PORK CHOPS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks


4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
2 green onions with tops, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp sesame oil and lemon juice
11/2 tsp Chili Garlic sauce
1 tsp sugar and grated ginger
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

In large self-sealing bag combine all ingredients except pork chops; blend well. Add pork chops, seal bag and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade, discarding remaining marinade; grill over medium heat until pork chops are done. Serves 4
