1 tsp grated orange peel
4 sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
2 tbsp maple syrup and butter, melted
Mix peel with potatoes and place mixture into a greased casserole dish. Mix butter and syrup and pour over the top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
