5 sweet potatoes, medium size
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
¾ cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cook potatoes until tender, peel when cool enough to handle. Add next 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add potatoes and whip until smooth, adding more juice if necessary. Spread into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
