5 sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 tbsp flour
¾ packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake potatoes for 35 minutes or until they begin to soften. Cool slightly, peel and mash.

In a large bowl, mix with salt, 1/4 cup butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and cream. Transfer to baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup butter, flour, brown sugar and pecans. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake for 30 minutes or until toping is crisp and lightly browned. Serves 8.
