RANCHO BEEF MARINADE

1 cup white vinegar
5 cups tomato juice
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 cup water

Combine ingredients. Pour over meat in a resealable bag. Marinade 3-4 hours in refrigerator, turning and mixing several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill meat. Brush with marinade while cooking on grill. Enough for 4-5 lbs meat
