PECAN CINNAMON MUFFINS

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt and cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk and vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients together; set aside. Mix butter, milk and egg together; pour into dry mixture, stirring until just enough to moisten. Fold in pecans. Spoon mixture into greased and floured muffin pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
