SEARED RIBEYE STEAK

2 (12 oz) rib eye steaks
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano flakes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
Dash hot pepper sauce
Olive oil, to cover bottom of pan
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine garlic, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, oregano and oil in a small bowl. Rub mixture on steaks and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat a small amount of oil in a heavy skillet over high heat. When oil is got; add steaks and sear on one side until well browned. Flip steaks and serve to desired doneness.
Combine remaining ingredients and serve sauce over steaks. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
