TURKEY BARBECUE SAUCE

1/4 cup vinegar, packed brown sugar and butter
1/2 cup water and ketchup
1 tbsp salt and Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 thick lemon slice
1 onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke

In a saucepan, mix ingredients except liquid smoke. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Add smoke. Bring to a boil. Brush on turkey pieces during grilling or baking.
