SHRIMP TOPPED STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 lb large mushrooms
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 lb cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped chives

Remove stems from mushrooms. Place caps in a bow; cover with lemon juice and set aside. Place shrimp in another bowl and add Italian dressing. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Mix cheese and chives until smooth and creamy. Drain mushrooms and shrimp. Fill each cap with 1 tbsp cheese mixture and top with shrimp.
