CRAB CANAPES

Category: Bruschetta, Crostini and Canapes

12 slices white sandwich bread
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp ketchup and olive oil
3-5 drops hot sauce
1 cups crabmeat, flaked or 1 (6 oz) can lump crabmeat, drained
Cracked pepper

With a 2 inch cookie cutter, cut 2 rounds out of each bread slice; place on a baking sheet. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat with oven door partially opened for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine remaining ingredients, folding in crabmeat last. Spread evenly on unbaked side of bread rounds. Sprinkle with additional black pepper, if desired.
