HOT CHILE CHIP DIP

4 cups chopped, peeled tomatoes, about 2 1/2 lbs
1/2 cup chopped green pepper, onion and jalapeno peppers
2 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/8 tsp ground allspice

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender; cool. Spoon into a serving dish; cover and chill. Serve with tortillas chips
