SOUTHWESTERN PULL APART RING

1 (12 oz) pkg ground hot or mild pork sausage
1 green and red bell pepper, diced
1 (1 oz) pkg fajita seasoning mix
2 (12 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican four-cheese blend

Cook sausage in a skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is not longer pink. Stir in pepper and cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer; drain well, pressing with paper towels.

Separate biscuits and cut into quarters; place in a large bowl. Fold in sausage mixture, tossing to coat. Layer biscuit mixture and cheese in a lightly greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in pan for 5-10 minutes and then invert onto serving plate and serve immediately. Serves 12-16
