BLOODY MARY SHRIMP AND PASTA

1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined (any size)
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb fettuccine (or other pasta), cooked al dente, drained
1 1/2 cups Bloody Mary mix
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese

While pasta is cooking, saute the shrimp with garlic in olive oil about 3 to 5 minutes or until they are cooked. Add the Bloody Mary Mix and simmer just till hot. Add to pasta and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.
