12 oz sour cream
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin and chili powder
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Tortilla chips
Blend ingredients and spread onto a 10 inch plate. Serve with tortilla chips.
