1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup half-and-half
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 (4 oz) pkg crumbled bleu cheese
4 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
Beat first 6 ingredients until blended. Stir in cheeses. Chill before serving.
