ROMAN BURGERS

2 lbs ground beef
6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 cup grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp oregano and salt
Dash cayenne pepper
Toasted Italian or French bread

Mix together and shape into patties or meatballs. Grill over medium heat. Serve in toasted bread. Serves 6
