BLUE CHEESE STUFFED LETTUCE SALAD

1 head iceberg lettuce
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Dash ground red pepper, salt and black pepper
Commercial Italian dressing

Hold lettuce, core end down and top on countertop, twisting to remove core. Rinse and drain lettuce. Set aside. Combine cream cheese and next 6 ingredients and spoon into cavity of lettuce. Wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 8 hours. Cut into 6 wedges and serve with dressing.
