GOURMET GREENS WITH RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

2 1/2 cups olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped purple onion
2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
3 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dried basil and oregano
1 tsp minced fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup honey
8 cups, gourmet greens
1 (6 oz) pkg fresh raspberries
1 (2 oz) pkg slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Process first 4 ingredients until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor. Stir in the basil and next 3 ingredients. Top greens with berries, almonds and cheese; drizzle with vinaigrette. Serves 6
