1 envelop onion soup mix
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Parsley flakes
4 bone-in chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 450. Combine first 4 ingredients and toss in chicken to evenly coat. Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking pan skin side up. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until chicken is done, basting halfway through.
