Shelly's Recipe

* HONEY CHICKEN*

1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 10 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and salt. Dip chicken into mixture and arrange in a baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes more, basting often.
