CHICKEN ALFREDO LASAGNA I

9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1 tsp olive oil
2 stalks celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 lb sliced mushrooms
4 cups coarsely chopped, cooked chicken
2 (10 oz) pkg Alfredo sauce mixes
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 (12 oz) jar roasted red pepper, drained
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup slivered almonds

Sauté celery, garlic sliced mushrooms and onion in olive oil until crisp-tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine chicken, sauteed vegetables, sauce and rosemary in a large bowl. Layer ingredients in a lightly greased 11x9 inch baking dish in this order: 3 noodles, 1/3 of chicken mixture, 3 noodles, 1/3 chicken mixture, 3 noodles, remaining chicken mixture.

Top casserole with cheese, pepper and almonds. Bake 40 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8
