BAKED CHICKEN

Category: Chicken

1 whole chicken
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp rosemary, slightly ground
1/2 tsp thyme and cracked black pepper

In a large measuring cup, combine oil, vinegar and spices; mix well. Place chicken in a roasting pan, breast-side down. Rub mixture on chicken. Pour any remaining mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes for each pound or until done. Baste occasionally while baking.
