2 tbsp wine vinegar (any type)
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced herbs (basil, chives, parsley)
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and salt. In a stead stream, whisk in the oil until blended. Refrigerate and just prior to serving, add minced herbs.
